Pathways to Admission to Centennial College Degree and Diploma Programs

Are you are missing a university or college level English or Math credit that you need to apply to a Centennial College Program? Or maybe you just need to improve your grades to get admitted to the program you want. Either way, we can help, and the best part is you don’t have to go back to high school! In fact, you can do it from the comfort of your own home.

TVO ILC and Centennial College have partnered to support you by providing Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) credit courses that satisfy Centennial College program admission requirements. Here’s how they work: You register for OSSD courses through Centennial College, and TVO provides the course content to you in their high-quality, fully online, asynchronous learning environment.  This lets you to complete your course according to your own schedule.

While you’re taking the course, you will receive orientation and check-ins by Centennial College staff, and grades and feedback on your course by the TVO teacher marker. Courses run for 14 weeks, letting you quickly earn required OSSD credits to gain admission to our degree and diploma programs.

Degree Preparation:

  1. TVOU – 400: English 4U [Grade 12 English – University Prep]
  2. TVOU – 401: Mathematics for Data Management [Grade 12 Math – University Prep]

Diploma Preparation:

  1. TVOC – 400: English 4C [Grade 12 English – College Prep]
  2. TVOC – 401: Foundations for College Math [Grade 12 Math – College Prep]

Fees:

$239.00 per course (Ontario Residents and Canadian Citizens only). The course fee does not apply to out-of-province and international students.
