Kenn Scott is an award-winning television writer and story editor whose work on children's shows, sitcoms and animated shows has been seen on CBC, CTV, TVO, YTV, Teletoon, Fox, CBS, PBS, BBC, and ITV, as well as in more than 70 countries worldwide. He won a special animation award from the Writers Guild of Canada for his work on Ned's Newt, as well as a WGC Canadian Screenwriting Award for an episode of Iggy Arbuckle; he's also been nominated for several other awards, including a Gemini. Some of his other over 200 script credits include episodes of Captain Flamingo, Rescue Heroes, Seven Little Monsters, Pelswick, Quads!, The Cat In The Hat Knows A Lot About That!, Casper The Friendly Ghost, Henry's World, Flying Rhino Junior High, Opie's Home, Delilah and Julius, Dino Dan, Doki and the upcoming Team S.T.E.A.M. Beyond! He is also the co-author of the university textbook On Our Wavelength: Broadcasting History From A Canadian Perspective, and the video game Uh-Oh Flamingo! Kenn's been teaching screenwriting and media production at the college and university level since 1997. All that, and he also makes extremely good Yorkshire pudding.
