Step 1: Applying To Graduate

If you are eligible to graduate, you must apply to graduate by March 20. Check out the guides below to get started and learn the requirements for eligible graduating students.

You will also receive an email approximately six months following your graduation from Forum Research, a research firm contracted by the Ministry of Colleges & Universities. This firm will be collecting information for the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Graduate Satisfaction Survey. You may also receive a reminder SMS message or phone call. Please take the time to complete the survey – your feedback will help us improve the student experience.

Step 2: Accessing Student Resources

When you graduate, your access to student services will change. Check out impacted areas and plan ahead to make sure you are prepared.

Once Enrolment Services has updated the academic information system after Centennial students complete their last semester and graduate, IT systems will update student account access to reflect your new status. Components of your MyCentennial accounts will remain accessible. This includes student email services and student records, such as Transcripts, Tax Forms and Grade History.

Access to the Microsoft 365 Suite will be discontinued, including access to OneDrive. If students have data stored on OneDrive, this will need to be copied prior to access being revoked. Examples of this could be: to transfer your files to another cloud storage or subscription service, copying to an external USB hard drive, or copying all files to your own personal device. Microsoft offers an equivalent personal paid subscription containing the same applications being used at Centennial College.

Step 3: Accessing Centennial & Community Resources
