The College’s Information Technology Services (ITS) team has scheduled maintenance that will affect various systems starting on Friday, February 2 at 4:30 p.m. until Monday, February 5 at 5 a.m. Please review the schedule below for dates and times when various services will be offline:
Banner and Banner Services offline
Friday, February 2 at 4:30 p.m. until Monday, February 5 at 5 a.m.
Banner and all Banner services, including Self Service Banner for employees and students, will be unavailable. Other systems impacted will be:
- AISmartR
- CE Web Registration
- Centennial Mobile
- COLT Calendar of Events
- Distance Learning Online Exam Booking
- OAT Online Assessment Testing
- COCO
- BDM (HeadStart Document Upload & viewing invoice documents) Offline
myCentennial Offline
Saturday, February 3 from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. (noon)
Affects my.centennialcollege.ca and all myCentennial student and employee self-services, i.e., Student or Employee Self Services, such as Tuition Payment, access to Student Timetable, Pay Stub, Leave Balances, etc.
Saturday, February 3 from 12 p.m. (noon) until February 5 at 5 a.m.
myCentennial will be available, but Student or Employee Self Services will remain offline for the remainder of the weekend. Users may receive channel errors within the portal for these services.
Services not impacted
eCentennial (e.centennialcollege.ca) is not impacted by this maintenance.
