| Description | This 36-hour online course provides insight into the needs and issues of adults with learning disabilities in the educational setting, and society as a whole. Awareness and familiarization of disabilities, characteristics, strategies and skills are explored so educators can provide appropriate modifications to course content and evaluation for adults with learning disabilities. Prerequisite: Basic computer skills and understanding of online discussion technology, self-motivated, “Net-etiquette” and time management skills. E-mail/Internet account and access.
