| Description | This course is designed for those who wish to become familiar with the basic principles of refrigeration and air conditioning as well as the theory and practical operation of system components. Learn about retrofitting vehicles from R12 to R134a. Alternate refrigerants, the pros and cons of using multi-blends will also be discussed. Notes: This course provides an excellent background for Automotive Air Conditioning 2 CEAM-901. Safety boots and safety goggles must be worn in the lab areas. You will be denied access to labs if you are dressed inappropriately. |
