Description | The Criminal Justice System consists of multiple elements of social control: the main elements being the police, the courts and the correctional system. Students will become familiar with these three agencies, how they relate to each other and how Criminal Law impacts all three and Canadian society. Students will explore current issues facing the Criminal Justice System and explore their personal beliefs related to crime control. |
