| Description | This course traces the steps in a typical civil action from the commencement of proceedings to the point of discovery. Upon successful completion of this course students will understand procedures and critical time limits related to the processing of civil litigation documents and will be able to prepare routine litigation documentation. Students will gain an overall understanding of the litigation process prior to litigation in order to assist the lawyer with preparation for litigation. |
