| Description | This course will enable a student to study the role of an Ontario Provincial Offences Clerk/Monitor in a courtroom setting. Students will learn courtroom decorum, principles and procedures, use approved guidelines and acquire skills to operate a courtroom as a Provincial Offences Clerk/Monitor. Students will use governing regulations, demonstrating the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity required in a court environment. |
