| Description | This course will provide the law clerk with extensive background knowledge of the law regarding different forms of business organizations and will teach the student the laws and procedures for incorporating, organizing and maintaining corporations. Students will also be introduced to the Personal Property Security Act and become familiar with the procedures necessary to register security interests. |
