| Description | This course will enable students to study the role of the Ontario Court Clerk in an Ontario Court of Justice criminal courtroom setting. Students will learn courtroom decorum, principles and procedures, using Ministry-approved guidelines; they will also acquire skills to operate in a courtroom as a clerk using governing regulations demonstrating the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity required in a courtroom environment. |
