| Description | This course will enable the participants to study the role of a courtroom clerk/registrar for family law cases in the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and the Family Court of the Superior Court of Justice. Students will learn courtroom decorum, conduct, pre-court, post-court, and in court responsibilities in accordance with Ministry approved procedures, practices and guidelines. Participants will study the Family Law rules as they relate to the responsibilities of a courtroom clerk/registrar. |
