| Description | This course familiarizes students with the relationship of creditor and debtor as it arises in a number of different situations. The relationship of landlord and tenant, mortgagor and mortgagee, construction lien claimant and owner of property, judgment creditor and judgment debtor, are examined and students prepare the various documents required to enable the parties to protect and enforce their claims. |
