Description | This theory and lab course will provide fundamental concepts of the electrical and control systems. The course provides the technician with the ability to identify applicable Acts, Regulations, Legislation and Codes when working on electrical accessories and components in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. It describes operating principles and function of alternating current inductive devices and circuits, functions of electric motors, devices and controls in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Furthermore, the curriculum highlights and provides practical experience methods for installing component wiring and maintenance procedures electrical circuits and components in the refrigeration and air conditioning systems. |
