| Description | This course is designed to familiarize the apprentice motorcycle mechanic with the testing, servicing, and overhaul procedures of the modern motorcycle engine focusing on the lower end assembly. Component restoration and/or replacement will be examined. This course will also study the fundamentals and various designs of tuned motorcycle exhaust systems and cooling systems. Students will work independently and in small groups on assignments and lab projects. |
