| Description | This course provides students with significant information about legal terminology, documents, procedures, and the court structure in order to appreciate the linkages between various courses within the Court Support Services Program. Presentations by various guest speakers from the Ministry of the Attorney General and the City of Toronto will facilitate the students’ understanding of the court procedures and the roles and responsibilities of courtroom clerks. In addition, students will become familiar with the procedures utilized in various tribunals. |
