| Description | Building on the learning from Spa Management I students will now apply their knowledge to the day-to-day operations of the spa setting. Skills to expand will include front desk systems, treatment schedules, and sales techniques. There will be a focus on understanding a variety of legislation as it pertains to the spa setting along with an overview of what scopes of practice mean as Spa clients come in contact with a number of spa team members and practitioners. In addition students will learn how to develop a spa menu and brochure. |
